Current rules in Portugal

On February 17, 2022, the Government of Portugal has declared that the presentation of the Covid Digital Certificate and/or negative Covid-19 test is not required when accessing hotels and restaurants.
It is mandatory to wear a mask in public interior spaces.

CLEAN & SAFE CERTIFICATION

Cerdeira - Home for Creativity has been awarded with the CLEAN & SAFE certification by Turismo de Portugal.
Turismo de Portugal created this stamp of approval to distinguish tourist activities that comply with hygiene and cleaning requirements for the prevention and control of the new coronavirus COVID-19, helping customers travel in Portugal in a safer way.

HYGIENE AND SAFETY PROTOCOL

In order to prevent the proliferation of the virus and the contamination of spaces with SARS-CoV-2 / COVID-19 (new coronavirus), Cerdeira-Home for Creativity designed a safety and hygiene protocol according to the World Health Organization and Direção-Geral da Saúde guidelines. All our employees have received training and are committed to following our internal rules, aiming at the safety of the client and Cerdeira’s team.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Online payment or bank transfer at the time of booking;
The deposit must be delivered by the customer by credit card.

CONTACT WITH CUSTOMERS
In addition to personal contact, customers have the possibility to contact reception by telephone (vodafone network) and Whatsapp for any question.

MEALS
All houses have kitchens equipped with kitchen utensils, a kettle, toaster, coffee, tea and sugar to complete your breakfast. As usual, you can also prepare the remaining meals in the house.
The “Mesa Posta” service is available, where you can choose to have a basket of regional products or homemade meals delivered to your door.
The breakfast buffet was adapted according to the recommendations of the DGS. Each house is assigned a time for breakfast. The service is done at Café da Videira and you can enjoy breakfast on our terrace or in the covered area next to the cafe overlooking the valley.
