Rural Retreats and Team Building

You can organize your event at Cerdeira, such as a company retreat or an important meeting that requires concentration. You can also bring your yoga group or schedule a painting retreat. The beauty of the mountains, the murmuring of the streams, and the chestnut and oak trees which blend with the village of schist houses, create a welcoming and incredible environment.

Company Retreat

Imagine planning a strategic meeting, a product launch, or brainstorming in a rural retreat surrounded by nature, quiet and Portuguese food. We can't imagine a better setting for good ideas to flow. 

Team Building Activities

We offer a range of sport-related team-building activities and group art classes. If you are an adventurous group, we can arrange kayaking, canyoning, and water-hiking experience. For art-related team-building experiences, we do personalized programs for each team. We work with several tutors that can design a program to fit your needs better. Yoga Retreat

We can host your yoga or meditation retreat in the village. We have an indoor and outdoor practice area, a professional kitchen, and an indoor and outdoor meal area—everything you need to make your mountain yoga retreat an unforgettable experience. 

We can make your event in Cerdeira a complete success and unique. For this, we have a range of facilities and services available, such as:

Casa das Artes

The Casa das Artes is a multipurpose space with a magical atmosphere. Perfect for meetings or creative group activities. The house has two verandas, and the Eira do Vale, a spacious deck almost 100m2 above the valley, is perfect for open-air activities. The house is equipped with a professional kitchen and with the possibility of serving indoor and outdoor meals for groups. It is the biggest building in the village, with two spacious floors, a kitchen, and two bathrooms, rebuilt in line with traditional methods, using traditional materials as part of the international project EcoArq – Ecological Architecture.

Accommodation

Your guests can stay in the nine comfortable, self-contained houses in Cerdeira, accommodating up to 32 people. You can also use the artistic residencies building, where up to 12 people can stay in shared rooms. The house has a kitchen, a common room, and two bathrooms. This group accommodation is just as comfortable but with a more accessible price tag.

We are more than happy to help you to plan your group's stay depending on your specific needs. We can organize catering, walks with an experienced guide, or round out your stay with a creative experience.
